Information clause

From 25th May 2018 the regulations of European Parliament and EU Council 2016/679 from 27th April 2016 on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (RODO) shall apply.

The primary objective of RODO is strengthening the protection of personal data of individuals, which are collected and processed by firms and institutions operating in the European Union.

Our company attaches great importance to fulfil the requirements of RODO.
We provide for you all necessary information concerning new regulations we use on the protection of personal data.

The controller of your personal data is Umed Sp. z o.o. with its headquarters in Łódź, ul. Mazowiecka 3, 92-215 Łódź, NIP 7272758803, REGON: 100861561 (further “Umed”).

Umed processes your personal data – collects, perpetuates, keeps, deletes and destroys them.
For the operation concluded by Umed, in the performance of the service, your data are processed not based on the consent but because of the need of performance of concluded agreement nor comply the obligation resulting from law provision (like tax regulations).

Provision of personal data is voluntary, however without this kind of data we will not be able to properly carry out the concluded agreement, like deliver stuff or issue an invoice.

Umed can process your personal data:

  1. in connection with a concluded purchase agreement, delivery contract with mounting or different agreement related to company’s activity (art. 6 ust 1 lit. b RODO);
  2. when discharge the duties resulting from the traditional rights, like from the provisions of acts of taxation nor accounting act (art. 6 ust 1 lit. c RODO);
  3. when it is necessary for realization of legitimate interests of Umed like for example establishment and exercise claims in regards to activity that is carried out, including recovery, enforce the debts and also defend against any claims (art. 6 ust 1 lit. f RODO).

Personal data will be kept until expiry of the period of limitation on the validity of claims resulting from concluded agreements, no more than 10 years (in accordance with art. 118 k.c.) from date of maturity of particular claim.

Recipients of personal data you share with us might be banks, messenger companies nor insurances companies.

Target of RODO is to provide every person the possibility of protection of their rights and freedoms and ensuring control over the processing of the data belonging to them.

To this end, you can invoke your rights:

  • right of access to data – person, whose data concern, has a right to receive the information, inter alia, which data of them Umed processes, for what purposes data are being processed and to get copies of them;
  • right of delete data (right to be forgotten) – person, whose data concern, may indicate range and circumstances justifying deletion of personal data, like data are no longer necessary in relation to realization of purposes, for which they were collected and there are no legal basis to further processing of them, data are unlawfully processed;
  • right of data portability – person, whose data concern, has a right to receive on a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format all their personal data, which they previously delivered to Umed;
  • right of restriction of processing personal data – person, whose data concern indicates that there are conditions referred to in art. 18 RODO of restriction of processing their personal data, for example, Umed does not require some data, there are no indications to further processing and the person, whose data concern, requests suspension operations on data nor removing them;
  • right of rectification of data – in every moment when needed, person, whose data concern, informs Umed about change of their personal data;
  • right of objection – in every moment when needed, you can lodge the statement of opposition against processing of personal data by automated means, including profiling and objection and processing data for marketing purposes.

Umed without undue delay – in any case, within one month of the date of the receipt of the application – provide to person, whose data concern, information on actions taken in carrying out above-mentioned rights.

During the term of existing rules of generally existing legislation on personal data protection (Act on the Protection of Personal Information and implementing regulation for the Act) and in the light of new European legislation, Umed processes your data using appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure security of these data.

Your personal data are the most precious resources to our company. Umed has implemented and implements still the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processing, in particular security of data prior to them being made available to unauthorized persons, of taking the data by a person who was not entitled to, of lose nor alteration, damage nor destruction of the data. In addition, any information concerning relations between client and Umed, constitute federally protected trade secret.

As from the entry into force of RODO, Umed sets the Data Protection Officer that may be contacted by letter, directing correspondence to the address: ul. Muszyńskiego 2, 90-151 Łódź, with a note „Data Protection Officer” or to the following e-mail address: bartlomiej.grobelski@umed.pl

We inform that Umed doesn’t provide your data to third countries and also doesn’t use any tools based on profiling of customers.
